At Proyojonix, we value your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with a product, you can request a return under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
2. Items not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
Perishable goods
Downloadable or digital products
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
